  七年前,怀着共同的愿景,我们成立了和玥。

  七年来,我们共同努力,做了一点微小的工作,却是能让我们引以为傲的工作。

  七年来,我们始终坚守初心,全力以赴,追求卓越,努力为客户提供更舒适、更高效的工作环境。如今,我们已经成为了华南地区在办公室装修行业一家比较好的室内设计与工程公司,为各行各业众多的头部企业和组织提供了令人满意的专业服务。

  七年,我们用这样的仪式标记无涯的时间,时间也因此有了温度。

  七年,我们在慢慢地探索中思考着这些问题:

  如何坚守和成就我们的事业

  PART.01

  诚信

  首先是靠诚信

  本杰明富兰克林说“阴谋诡计是蠢货的伎俩,他们缺乏足够的智慧去以诚待人。”我们在公司日常经营中选择了至诚无息,一以贯之的经营方式。七年来,我们与客户、合作伙伴和员工建立了坚实的信任关系。正是这种信任,让我们在业界树立了良好的口碑,赢得了广泛的认可。由于这个品德,我们将来应该可以获得更多的新客户的认同。而且我们相信,即便是这种经营方式不能给我们带来更多经济上的好处,我们也会坚持这样做。幸运的是,每次有新客户选择我们、老客户继续和我们合作、或者推荐我们给新的客户,我们就会有机会证明这一点。

  诚实是最好的策略。

  其次是靠专业

  专业能力是建筑工程设计与施工企业发展的核心竞争力之一。专业才能赢得客户的信任和认可,为客户创造更大的价值。我们深知,只有具备高度的专业素养,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。因此,我们始终将专业能力的培养作为重中之重,积极倡导知行合一、每日精进的精神。

  知行合一,是所知所学和实践的统一。我们不仅要具备系统化的理论知识,更要在实践中不断磨练和提高。我们将理论学习与实践操作相结合,通过实际项目锤炼团队的专业技能。虽然我们做不到完美,但我们一直努力确保每一个环节都能达到专业水平。

  每日精进,则意味着我们要始终保持学习的态度,不断提升自我。我们鼓励员工持续学习新知识、新技能,关注行业动态和技术创新。通过定期的培训、分享和交流,我们打造了一个学习型组织,使团队的专业能力得到持续提升。我们经常说的不返工就是效率高、每天甚至每周掌握一个新技能、就是每日精进的具体要求。我们有不少优秀的同事是真的这样做的,他们是我们团队的核心与主流,也是其他同事学习的榜样。

  最后还是要靠坚持

  七年来,我们始终坚持在办公场所室内设计与施工这一领域深耕。不论经济形势如何变化与市场如何波动,我们从未动摇。因为我们深知,只有专注于自己擅长的领域,不断努力、不断琢磨,才能在这个竞争激烈的市场中立足,才能成为一家好公司。大环境好不好,我们也改变不了什么,只能一如既往做好自己的工作。志有定向,只问耕耘,埋头专心做好自己的工作,安心接受命运的安排。

  和玥有一个团结、专业、价值观一致的核心团队,这让我们克服了经营过程中遇到的无数困难。

  我们希望我们的伙伴们,能有这样的想法:

  -我们热爱自己的事业;

  -每天早上起床时,我们感觉非常棒;

  -和我喜欢的人们一起工作,彼此欣赏对方......

  如何基业长青

  PART.02

  避坑 近悦远来

  事实上,很少公司能够基业长青,所有公司最终都会失败和死亡。建筑工程行业历史最悠久的公司,比如日本的金刚组,有超过一千年历史;竹中工务店有超过四百年的历史。由此可见,在市场上留下好名声,持续经营的时间久一些,为社会多做一些贡献,是完全可以做到的。关于此,我们的想法是:

  避坑

  “有所为有所不为“,”无可无不可”是我们关于承接业务的心态。我们从成立伊始就坚持稳健的财务纪律,保证满足经营所需要的充足的现金储备和稳定的现金流。我们不能因为饥不择食去承接一些风险高,低于成本价格的项目。对信誉不好的客户,我们要避而远之。

  客户选择我们,我们就老老实实、全力以赴地做好工作。把每个客户交给我们的每个事情做成,从一个小小的成功走向另一个小小的成功。有时候客户会有更好的选择,我们就走开、祝福,等待下一次合作机会。用之则行,舍之则藏,一直以来我们都是这样理解的。

  而我们少有的几次踩坑,或是因争强好胜之心,或是接受了不合理的合同条款导致的。这些都是宝贵的经验和教训。

  远离有毒的人

  为了保持企业的健康和稳定,我们必须远离有毒的人。"有毒的人"指那些不够理性、缺乏良好的价值观念的人或组织。与这样的人在一起往往会浪费时间和精力,而且可能会对自己的情绪和心态造成负面影响。"有毒的人"也指那些会对团队或者公司带来负面影响的人。与这样的人交往或者合作可能会带来负面影响,因此需要尽量避免与他们接触或者合作。

  我们的绝大部分客户都是通情达理、付款及时的优质客户,我们怀着感恩的心全力以赴地服务好他们。

  我们的长期供应商和合作伙伴,都是办公室装修行业的优质资源,他们和我们是同气连枝的关系。但是,我们偶尔也会遇到不靠谱的有毒的新供应商。遇到这种情况,我们的做法是对客户的工作托底,承担责任并接受损失,然后和这些有毒的供应商切割清楚。

  和优秀的人一起工作,本身就是一种福利。因此,我们希望我们的小伙伴每个人都能成为保持好奇心的人,多学习常进步,努力使自己成为一个靠谱且持续进步的人。

  近悦远来

  这是我们一直奉行的理念。

  把手头的事情做好,把现有的客户服务好,那么老客户就可能继续和你合作,新的客户也可能会来找你。

  对待供应商和分包班组,我们遵守按时付款,从不拖延或无故克扣,并且持续地给他们在专业和管理方面的成长和规范提供支持与帮助。

  对待员工,我们提供专业的培训、良好的待遇和我们力所能及的发展机会,激发他们的潜力,实现个人价值。这样才能使我们的核心管理团队得以稳固,年轻人得以成长,吸引更多优秀的或者有志于成为优秀的专业人士也愿意加入我们的团队。

  创造,是从无到有,是超越当下看见远方,是由内而外价值观的践行。

  去创造那些让你热血沸腾的事,希望就在日复一日的行动中。

  -- The 7th Anniversary of HEY Corp.

  7 years ago, with a shared vision, we established our business.

  In the past 7 years, we have worked hard together and achieved remarkable results, which make us proud.

  For 7 years, we have always adhered to our original aspiration, pursued excellence, and striven to provide customers with a more comfortable and efficient workplaces. Today, we have become one of the better interior design and engineering companies in the office decoration industry in South China, providing satisfactory professional services to many leading enterprises and organizations in various industries.

  During these 7 years, we have gradually explored and pondered the following questions:

  How to Achieve Our Mission?

  First and foremost, it relies on integrity.

  Benjamin Franklin said, " Tricks and treachery are the practice of fools, that don't have brains enough to be honest". We have chosen to operate our company with sincerity and consistency. Over the past 7 years, we have established solid trust relationships with our clients, partners, and employees. It is this trust that has established our good reputation in the industry and gained widespread recognition. Even if this approach does not bring us more economic benefits, we will still adhere to it. Fortunately, whenever we have new clients choosing us, existing clients continuing to cooperate with us, or recommending us to new clients, we have the opportunity to prove this.

  Honesty is the best strategy.

  Secondly,professionalism.

  Professional ability is one of the core competitiveness for the development of design and construction enterprises. Only with professionalism can we win the trust and recognition of clients and create greater value for them. We are fully aware that only with a high level of professionalism can we stand invincible in the fierce market competition. Therefore, we have always prioritized the cultivation of professional ability, actively advocating the spirit of integrating knowledge and practice and making daily progress.

  Integrating knowledge and practice means the unity of what we know and learn with what we do. We must not only possess systematic theoretical knowledge but also constantly hone and improve ourselves in practice. We combine theoretical learning with practical operations to refine the team's professional skills through actual projects. Although we cannot achieve perfection, we always strive to ensure that every link reaches a professional level.

  Making daily progress means that we must always maintain an attitude of learning and continuously improve ourselves. We encourage employees to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills, pay attention to industry trends and technological innovations. Through regular training, sharing, and communication, we have built a learning organization that continuously enhances the professional ability of the team. Our frequent reminder of not reworking for efficiency and mastering a new skill every day or even every week is a specific requirement for making daily progress. Many of our outstanding colleagues truly follow this approach, and they are the core and mainstream of our team, serving as examples for other colleagues to follow.

  Last but not least: persistence.

  For 7 years, we have consistently focused on interior design and construction for workplaces. Regardless of changes in the economic situation and fluctuations in the market, we have never wavered. Because we deeply understand that only by specializing in our area of expertise, constantly striving and refining, can we establish ourselves in this fiercely competitive market and become a great company. No matter how good or bad the overall environment is, we cannot change it, so we can only continue to do our best in our work. With a focused aspiration, we only ask for dedication, bury ourselves in our work, and accept the arrangement of fate calmly.

  HEY has a united, professional, and aligned core team, which has helped us overcome countless difficulties encountered in the business process.

  How to Achieve Long-term Success?

  In fact, few companies can achieve long-term success, and all companies will ultimately fail and die. The longest-standing companies in the construction engineering industry, such as Kongo Gumi in Japan, have a history of over a thousand years, and Takenaka Corporation has a history of over four hundred years. This shows that it is entirely possible to establish a good reputation in the market, operate for a longer period, and make more contributions to society.

  Regarding this, our thoughts are:

  Avoiding Risks

  "Do what is right and avoid what is wrong" and "be flexible and adaptable" are our mindsets regarding business acceptance. Since our establishment, we have adhered to sound financial discipline, ensuring ample cash reserves and stable cash flow necessary for operations. We cannot compromise and accept projects with high risks and below-cost prices. We should also steer clear of clients with poor credibility.

  When clients choose us, we will work diligently and fully committed to fulfilling their requirements, moving from one small success to another. Sometimes, clients may have better options, and we will step aside, offer our blessings, and await the next opportunity for cooperation. We have always understood that when we are needed, we serve; when we are not, we walk away.

  A few times when we have stumbled, it has been due to a competitive spirit or accepting unreasonable contract terms. These are valuable lessons learned.

  Staying Away from Toxic People

  To maintain the health and stability of the enterprise, we must stay away from toxic people. "Toxic people" refer to those who lack rationality and good values or organizations. Being around such people often wastes time and energy and may have a negative impact on one's emotions and mindset. "Toxic people" can also refer to those who bring negative influence to the team or company. It is essential to avoid contact or cooperation with them to minimize negative impacts.

  Most of our clients are reasonable and prompt in payments, and we serve them with a grateful heart.

  Our long-term suppliers and partners are excellent resources in the office decoration industry, and we have a close relationship with them. However, occasionally, we encounter unreliable and toxic new suppliers. In such cases, our approach is to fulfill our commitment to the client, accept any losses, and sever ties with these toxic suppliers.

  Working with outstanding individuals is a benefit in itself. Therefore, we hope that every member of our team can maintain curiosity, continue to learn and progress, and strive to become reliable and consistently improving individuals.

  Pleasing the Near and Attracting the Far

  This has always been our guiding principle. By doing a good job at hand and serving existing clients well, existing clients may continue to cooperate with us, and new clients may also seek us out.

  Toward suppliers and subcontractors, we adhere to prompt payment terms, never delay or unreasonably withhold funds, and consistently provide support and help in professional and management growth and standardization.

  Toward employees, we provide professional training, good treatment, and development opportunities within our means to stimulate their potential and achieve personal value. This approach helps solidify our core management team, enables young talent to grow, and attracts more outstanding or aspiring professionals to join our team.

  In the future, we will continue to adhere to these principles and make constant progress as it is still Day One.
